September 1, 2009 Plan Commission Mtg: Berger/Krahn Rezoning Requests
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
The Town of New Denmark Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall to hear the following requests:
1. A request from Wade Berger to rezone parcel (ND-176-2) from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit the construction of two single family homes. This parcel is located between the 5200 and 5300 block of Cty Hwy T.
2. A request from David Krahn to rezone 2 acres of land from parcel ND-650 from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit the construction of a single family home for his son who works on the family farm. This property is located on R. Kane Lane.
