September 14, 2009 Public Hearing: Rezoning Request of Berger/Krahn
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
1. A request from Wade Berger to rezone a parcel of land (ND-176-2) from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit the construction of two single family homes. This parcel is located between the 5200 and 5300 block of Cty Hwy T.
2. A request from David Krahn to rezone 2 acres of land from parcel ND-650 from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit the construction of a single family home for his son who works on the family farm. This property is located on R. Kane Lane.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
