2009 BUDGET MEETING
As a reminder to the residents of New Denmark, notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall a public hearing will be held to discuss the Proposed 2009 Budget for the Town of New Denmark. A Special Town Meeting of the Town Board will be called to order following the public hearing to adopt the 2009 Budget. The legal Notice of these meetings and posting of the 2009 Proposed Budget Summary is available for review at M&I Bank and the Denmark State Bank, or by contacting the Town Clerk at 920-863-5523.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK, BROWN COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2009 BUDGET of the Town of New Denmark, Brown County will be held. The proposed budget summary is available for inspection at M&I Bank or the Denmark State Bank. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection by calling the Town Clerk at 920-863-5523.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 27, 2008 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2009 budget, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of the Wis. Stats. by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve year 2009 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81(1)(3) of the Wis. Stats. (required when total highway expenses are expected to exceed $5,000 multiplied by the number of town highway miles).
2. To adopt the 2008 town tax levy to be collected in 2009 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Stats.

THE TOWN OF NEW DENMARK, BROWN COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 27, 2008 immediately following the completion of the special town meeting of the electors, which shall follow the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2009 budget, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a special town board meting will be held for the following purpose:
1. For the town board to adopt the Year 2009 Budget for the Town of New Denmark.
