NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK, BROWN COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2010 BUDGET of the Town of New Denmark, Brown County will be held. The proposed budget summary is available for inspection at M&I Bank or Denmark State Bank. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection by calling the Town Clerk at 920-863-5523 or online at www.TownofNewDenmark.com .
NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 26, 2009 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2010 budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of the Wis. Stats. by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve year 2010 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81(1)(3) of the Wis. Stats. (required when total highway expenses are expected to exceed $5,000 multiplied by the number of town highway miles).
2. To adopt the 2010 town tax levy to be collected in 2010 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Stats.

THE TOWN OF NEW DENMARK, BROWN COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 26, 2009 immediately following the completion of the special town meeting of the electors, which shall follow the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2010 budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall, a special town board meting will be held for the following purpose:
1. For the town board to adopt the Year 2010 Budget for the Town of New Denmark.
