October 20, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
The Town of New Denmark Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall to hear the following requests:
1. A request from K&L Associates (ND-756-1) to rezone .70 acres from Ag to Business-1 to for the purposes of creating a 3 lot CSM. This parcel is located at 6601 County Hwy R.
2. A request from David Krahn to rezone 2 acres of land from parcel ND-650 from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit the construction of a single family home for his son who works on the family farm. This property is located on R. Kane Lane.
3. A request from Prince of Peace Parish to rezone a parcel of land from Ag-R to Business Community (B-1) to allow for the establishment of professional offices in the existing building located at County Highway R and Stagecoach Road with a dedicated easement to access Prince of Peace cemetery.
4. A request from Wade Berger for a Resolution to Adopt an Ordinance for a Planned Unit Development for Parcel (ND-176-2) to permit the construction of a single family home.
