TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
BROWN COUNTY
PROPOSED ZONING CLASSIFICATION CHANGES
TO NEW DENMARK ZONING MAP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall located at 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark, Wisconsin to take public comments regarding the proposed zoning classification revisions to the Town of New Denmark Zoning Map affecting the following parcels:
Please note: The proposed zoning classification change may affect ONLY a portion of a developed parcel or the entire parcel if smaller then 3 acres or parcels with less then 200 feet of road frontage.
The proposed zoning map will be made available for viewing on October 20, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. for residents to review in advance of the hearing or alternative arrangements to view the map can be made by contacting the Town Clerk, Michelle Wallerius at (920) 863-5523.
