October 20, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Special Meeting of the Plan Commission to
review & discuss the following rezoning requests: K&L (ND-756-1) to rezone .7 acres from Ag to B-1 for creation of 3 lot CSM; David Krahn’s rezoning request for 2 acres from (ND-650) from Ag-1 to Ag-R for a single family home; Prince of Peace from Ag-R to B-1 with dedicated easement to cemetery; W. Berger for Resolution to Adopt Ordinance for a Planned Unit Development on ND-176-2 for the construction of a single family home.
October 26, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. Public Hearing on the following rezoning requests: K&L Associates (ND-756-1), D. Krahn (ND-650), Prince of Peach Ag-R to B-1 and W. Berger’s request for PUD of ND-176-2.
October 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing on 2010 Annual Budget and a special Town Board Meeting to follow. (Agenda for Special Mtg to be posted at later date).
