May 4, 2009 Open Book and Board of Review Reminder
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
OPEN BOOK / BOARD OF REVIEW
Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 Wis. Stats., the Town of New Denmark assessment roll will be open for examination on the following date at the New Denmark Town Hall located at 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark: Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection and Board of Review procedures pursuant to Wisconsin law will be available at that time.
Board of Review Reminder: Please be advised the Board of Review will convene on the 18th day of May, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall located at 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark, Wisconsin. A Class I notice of the Board of Review Notice was published in the Green Bay Press Gazette and is posted at M&I Bank, Denmark State Bank and the New Denmark Town Hall as required by Wis. Stat. 70.47(2). Please refer to that Notice of Board of Review for further information as to filing an objection.
