TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the approval of a CSM creating a 7.738 lot for the construction of a single family home.
1. A request from Dennis and Paula Peterson (ND-183-7) to create a 7.738 acre lot (Lot 2) for a single family home. This parcel is located in the 5600 block of Aspen Court and currently zoned AG-R.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
