January 19, 2010 Plan Commission Meeting - Berger ND-176-2 & ND-309
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
The Town of New Denmark Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall to hear the following requests:
1. A request from Wade Berger for clarification on parcels ND-176-2 and ND-309 if they are buildable with 35 acres and 500 feet of road frontage. These parcels are located within the 5200 and 5300 block of Cty Hwy T. Questions to be clarified at the request of the Town Board are:
1. Width of County Hwy T and whether it is deeded to Brown County.
2. Zoning classification (Ag-R or Ag-1) of ND-313 which is being added to parcel ND-309.
3. Verify size of Lot A and Lot B – per the Plat of Survey which was recorded on December 9, 2009.
