February 8, 2010 Public Hearing - Berger Zoning ND-309
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, February 8, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:
1. A request from Wade Berger for clarification on parcels ND-176-2 and ND-309 if they are buildable with 35 acres and 500 feet of road frontage. These parcels are located within the 5200 and 5300 block of Cty Hwy T. Zoning in question relates to a portion of parcel ND-313 (Ag-R or Ag-1) which was added to parcel ND-309 and zoned Ag-1.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
