December 8, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting - Kellner/Revise Zoning Code
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
The Town of New Denmark Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall to hear the following request:
1. A request from Tom and Nancy Kellner to rezone 3 acres from parcel (ND-713) from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit for the sale of an existing home located at 6454 Rosecrans Road to be parceled off from ND-713.
2. Preliminary review and discussions of proposed revisions to the Town of New Denmark Zoning Ordinance and revisions to align the zoning ordinance with the Smart Growth Plan.
