December 28, 2009 Public Hearing - Kellner (ND-713)
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, December 28, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning requests:
1. A request from Tom and Nancy Kellner to rezone 3 acres from parcel (ND-713) from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit for the sale of an existing home located at 6454 Rosecrans Road to be parceled off from ND-713.
Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
