PUBLIC HEARING: TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
“CODE OF ORIDINANCES”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of New Denmark will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall located at 5531 W. Town Hall Road, Denmark, Wisconsin to take public comments regarding the proposed Code of Ordinances.
The proposed Code of Ordinances will be made available for viewing on December 18, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. for residents to review in advance of the hearing or alternative arrangements can be made by contacting the Town Clerk. The Code will also be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk from December 19, 2008 – January 11, 2009 in accordance with Sec. 66.0103, Wis. Stats. You are hereby advised the Town Board of New Denmark will consider the “Code of Ordinances” for adoption at the regular monthly meeting on January 12, 2009. You may call the Town Clerk at (920) 863-5523 for an appointment.
All interested persons are invited to attend the pubic hearing and be heard.
