August 25, 2009 Variance Request from Ken/Leah Kafka
TOWN OF NEW DENMARK
The Town of New Denmark Appeals Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Denmark Town Hall to hear the following request:
1. An appeal from Ken Kafka to request a variance to construct a 14’9” x 20’ addition to the north end of their home which would result in a 22’2” set off from the property line versus the standard set off of 25 feet as currently required by the Town of New Denmark. A variance of 2’10” is being requested. This property is located at 5072 Cty Hwy R.
