TOWN OF NEW DENMARK

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 6:45 p.m. to hear public comment regarding the following rezoning request:

 

1. A request from Thomas J. Gallagher to rezone approximately 3 acres from 33.252 acres of land from parcel ND-73 from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to construct two single family residences for a farming operation.  This property is located at Pine Grove Road and Fenwick Lane (Sec. 5, Town 22N, Range 22E).

Anyone wishing to make comment may do so the night of the meeting.
