November 10, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting - K&L Associates
PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
NOVEMBER 10, 2009 @ 7:00 P.M.
Members Present: Chairman William Krueger, Kathy Janssen, Paul Huguet, Keith Brunner, Francis Rabas, Michael Gaworek, Steve Olsen, Michelle Wallerius, Clerk. The Plan Commission was called to order by Chairman Bill Krueger at 7:00 p.m. to address the following request:
K&L ASSOCIATES: A request from K&L Associates to rezone .7 acres from Ag to B-1 for the creation of a 3 lot CSM. Steve Zeitler states there is no significant change from the previous request other then clarifying the zoning is for B-1 vs. Industrial. Keith Brunner inquires how each parcel would be addressed – 1 fire number of 3? Sup. Rabas states each parcel with a building is issued a separate fire number through Brown County. County will review that when the CSM is received and issue appropriate numbers. Steve Olsen states this is similar but different from the Prince of Peace request. This parcel has the 3 separate buildings but no easement which makes it acceptable.

Motion by Keith Brunner and seconded by Paul Huguet to adjourn at 7:10 p.m. MC
