PLAN COMMISSION MEETNIG
March 30, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
A meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 7:00 pm. by Chairman Krueger. Present: Chairman William Krueger, Kathy Janssen – designated at Clerk for the meeting, Steve Olsen, Norbert Hansen, Keith Brunner, Francis Rabas. Absent: Paul Huguet and Michelle Wallerius, Clerk.
UPDATES TO THE TOWN ZONING CODE: Started review at page 7
Page 7: #24, #25 and #27. Include public and private easement in the wording of #25 and alter the definition of farm and fur farm. Discussion about residing in a garage. No enforcement.
Page 27: Set frontage back 150 feet from center of road with appeal privilege if land has problem for placing the home.
Page 30: Income requirement?
Page 31 & 32: Jim Sickel should reword this. Home size – 850 square feet.
Page 33: K (1) Fix wording.
K (5) continuous 200 feet of frontage
Page 42: Setback 150 feet
Page 47: C(2) change to $200
Page 48: D(3) $200
Page 54: Signage – changes discussed at prior meetings.
Page 56: (1) anything over 32 sq feet with or without LED apply to Planning Commission.
Next meeting to address Article XIV – April 20, 2010.
