PLAN COMMISSION AGENDA:
1. Update as to status of Zoning Administrator;
2. Review of Title Abstract to determine if ND-57 (18.809 acres on Pine Grove Rd) is a grandfathered/buildable parcel;
3. A request from Mark Schlies to rezone 1.5 acres of land from parcel ND-415 from Ag-1 to Ag-Residential to permit the construction of a single family home. This property is located on Ronk Road.
4. Working Lands Initiative – Review Exclusive Ag Land for proposed map
